Our hats are embedded with an extreme impact foam made from special urethane molecules that are soft and flexible at rest but can momentarily harden under sudden impact. This is the same technology used in sports helmets and motorcycle safety equipment. 

Yes, we recommend hand washing or using the delicate setting on your washing machine.  

We are working on producing larger sizing but for now, our current sizing is: 6-18 months, 1.5-3.5 years, and 3.5-5.5 years.
